Stony Ambemohar, locally known as Khadkya, is a traditional selection from the Ambemohar family. Unlike Ambemohar, it is less aromatic but far richer in nutrition, making it one of Maharashtra’s most wholesome rice varieties. Packed with iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, and other essential minerals, it is an excellent choice for children, athletes, and anyone with an active lifestyle.

Cooking Suggestions
