How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse from the list of curated products on the shop section of the Khyaal app or Khyaal website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you have added all the products to the cart, click on the bag icon and proceed to checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on shop@khyaal.com or call us on 022-48963888 within 24 hrs of placing the order. Once an order has been processed by the partner brand, we will not be able to make changes or cancellations in the order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via an email. You can use the tracking number/link to track your order.
Shipping
What are the delivery charges?
On most of the products listed on the shop, we offer free delivery.
In case of some products there are standard delivery cost of Rs. 100 and delivery times vary based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location, public holidays and weekends. Usually standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days from dispatching the order to it reaching your location. These times may vary keeping in mind public holidays, weekends and other circumstances not in our control.
Do you ship internationally?
No, We do not ship to international destinations.
Why COD is not available on the products on the store?
Currently, we focus on pre-paid services to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience. While we don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time, we're always evaluating new payment methods for your convenience..

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards/ Debit cards Visa, MasterCard, Rupay as well as UPI and net banking.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is completely secure. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your data during transactions. Additionally, we do not store your payment details on our servers, further enhancing your security.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns only if the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 48 hrs of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer care team for return instructions. We shall have the damaged or defective product picked up and the replacement be sent to you. The time for replacement with the new product will be based on location and standard shipping norms.
When will I receive my refund/replacement?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, we offer 6 months to one-year warranty on select electronic products of 3rd party brands listed on the shop. If you encounter any issues, please contact the brand customer service team for assistance. How can I find the right size?
Each product page which requires a size fit includes a size chart to help you choose the right fit. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team for guidance.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, once you have created your Khyaal account, you can access the shop section on the app and place an order. Once the email id is shared at check-out it allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and receive special offers.
