Tapped from local date palm trees and crafted with care, our Date Palm Jaggery is pure winter nostalgia. The freshly collected sap is slow-cooked in stainless steel kadhais over firewood, preserving its deep, caramel-like sweetness and rich mineral content.

A beloved winter delicacy, this artisanal jaggery is free from additives and preservatives - just pure, wholesome goodness. So, whether melted into warm milk, drizzled over desserts, or enjoyed as is, every bite carries the warmth of home.

Rooted in tradition and handcrafted with patience, this jaggery isn’t just an ingredient, but a taste of childhood winters, of festive sweets made with love, and of mornings warmed by its comforting sweetness. Thus, this solid jaggery is a simple, honest delight that brings you closer to home, no matter where you are.

It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.
