Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on most products orders, subject to change during promotional periods.

Delivery Partners & Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Your order can be tracked using the tracking link shared in the shipping confirmation email.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or public holidays. In such cases, customers will be kept informed.

Returns, Damages & Refunds

Return Policy

We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or non-functional.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@khyaal.com within 48 hours of delivery. The return address will be shared only after your request is approved. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If the return request is deemed valid, a pickup will be arranged.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For quality assurance, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product condition upon delivery. This video is mandatory and will be used as essential documentation to process any damage, defect, or missing item claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at shop@khyaal.com within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
