Directions
This fast acting oral spray is best used half an hour prior to your bedtime. For it to be most effective, avoid using any electronic screens at bedtime, lie down and allow your body to relax. Use 4 sprays 30 mins prior to bedtime.
In severe cases, use upto 8 sprays. Exceeding 8 sprays a day is not recommended.
