Return Policy

We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or non-functional.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@khyaal.com within 48 hours of delivery. The return address will be shared only after your request is approved. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If the return request is deemed valid, a pickup will be arranged.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For quality assurance, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product condition upon delivery. This video is mandatory and will be used as essential documentation to process any damage, defect, or missing item claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at shop@khyaal.com within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
