The product is excellent, but the packaging is horrible! If you are selling such a product online, at least it should be in a hard package and the container itself should be a proper openable and re-closable one.
The package is merely packed in a soft bubble wrap and put inside a plastic cover and shipped. By the time it reaches the consumer, the sweets are all mashed up!
