Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery timelines.

Return
Products may be returned within 48 hours if unused, in original packaging, and meeting applicable conditions. Consumables, edible, and personalised items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
